Somewhat nutty and clearly fennel-like aroma with pome fruit aromas, almond tones, a little yellow spice, root vegetables and mineral hints. Ripe, somewhat melting fruit with very fine, polished acidity, root vegetables, fennel and almondy-nutty aromas, persistent on the palate, much power and noticeable but integrated alcohol, chalky-salty minerality, some depth, very good, tart-juicy and finely spicy finish.
