Delicately yeasty and somewhat herbal, a touch nutty and floral with calm yellow fruity aromas, a hint of wax, smoky traces, some chalk and hints of tobacco. Firmly woven, restrained fruit with tart herbal, slightly smoky and light nutty flavours, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, persistent, quite dense, distinct, light, chalky-salty minerality, has some tension, some depth, excellent balance, very good, firm, grippy, tangy-juicy finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
