Vegetable to herbaceous scent with tart yellow-fruity aromas, nutty tones, a hint of wood, green vegetable notes, a hint of caramel, floral nuances and earthy minerality. Ripe, dry fruit, herbaceous-vegetable, slightly nutty and slightly ethereal notes, peppery-spicy tones, some bite, light tannin, persistent, noticeable, warming alcohol, a little dark berry, very good finish

Editor note: Cool nose, prominent fresh vegetal and light herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, yellow and green fruit, dleicate floral and peppery traces. Ripe, fairly creamy fruit on the palate, nutty and delicate floral aromas, light vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, good substance and persistence, salty notes in the background, some depth, hint of tobacco, peppery traces, very creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, very good, firm gripping finish.
