2009 Riesling Auslese halbtrocken, Mosel, Germany

Slightly old-woody, somewhat muted, vegetal and earthy pome fruit nose. Also a little old-wood flavour on the palate, already developed fruit with vegetal and earthy notes, a little rustic style, some persistence, decent, slightly drying finish.
