Very slightly reductive, somewhat vegetal to herbal and hints of bacon with restrained yellow fruity aromas and a hint of celery. Slender, partly candied citrus fruit with a noticeable acid bite, a hint of mint and some candy, light tannic grip and some persistence, salty and earthy tones, good finish.
