Cool, still slightly nutty and yeasty, somewhat vegetal to herbal and hints of smoky pome and stone fruit scents with a hint of black berries. Bright, sweet citrus fruit with slightly minty and red berry hints, present acidity, still light carbonic acid, delicate tannin grip, certain persistence, light mineral tones, good, acidic and also slightly sulphurous finish.
