Tart nose, prominent yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, firm with restrained yellow fruit, light floral traces, mineral notes. Clear, tart, light-bodied fruit on the palate, vegetal and yeasty notes, good persistence, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, mineral notes in the background, good to very good tart finish.
