Clearly herbal and still slightly yeasty aroma with tart yellow fruity aromas, a little dried flowers and earthy nuances. Lean, cool and completely dry fruit, fine, quite lively acidity, some grip, good persistence, earthy to mineral tones, some depth, relatively sparse style, good to very good, again quite tart finish

Editor note: Translate to English Lebhafte, würzige, hefige und deutlich vegetabile Nase nach teils angetrocknetem Kernobst mit getreidigen, pfeffrigen und mineralischen Tönen. Schlanke, herbe, feinsaftige Frucht mit viel hefiger, kräuterig-pflanzlicher und auch leicht floraler Würze, feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, im Hintergrund mineralische Töne, etwas Kümmel, ziemlich wild, aber auch fein, sehr viel Ausdruck für den schlanken Körper, noch jung, guter, würziger und feinsaftiger Abgang.
