Somewhat smoky, buttery and yellow-spicy nose with yeasty and slightly vegetal aromas, rather restrained yellow-fruity tones and a little mushroom. Restrained, very slightly muted, dry fruit, nutty and again buttery tones, hints of yellow spice and mushroomy notes, parsley root in the background, nutty aromas and some salt, good finish.
