Firm, smoky, slightly vegetal, light floral and hints of bacon on the nose, light stone fruit, citrus fruit and some pomaceous fruit with distinct herbal aromas, floral nuances, some black berries, seaweed and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy fruit with nutty, yeasty and vegetal notes, lively acidity and a little carbonic acid, rather crumbly, partly also dark stone fruit notes on the palate, good persistence, hints of smoke, clearly salty and also stony notes, a hint of tobacco, nutty hints, still undeveloped, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish.
