Still a little smoky-reductive citrus nose with peach notes, herbs, floral tones, flint, nuts, hint of wasabi and a hint of dark berries. Taut, cool, quite juicy fruit of white and also a little black berries with peach and citrus notes, lively acidity, yeasty and smoky nuances, herbs in the background, light grip, salt in the background, floral nuances, hints of smoke, sautéed broad beans with a hint of bacon and pepper, gains noticeably more juice and complexity with air, very good finish with bite.
