Deep, slightly smoky nose of white and a little black berries with stone fruit and citrus notes, herbal-vegetable notes and a hint of yeast and bacon. Bright, juicy, cool fruit, lively acidity and some carbonic acid, nutty and still a little reductive-cheesy notes, grip of crumbly tannin, mineral tones in the background, hints of dark berries, still undeveloped, bacony nuances, becomes finer and even more elegant with air, very good finish.
