2022 Bockenau Felseneck Riesling VDP.Grosses Gewächs trocken, Nahe, Germany

Fairly firm, deep and complex, gripping, still somewhat smoky-reductive, cool, light citrus-peach nose with a hint of white berries, hints of bacon, celery, spring onions, hints of wild garlic and distinct minerality. Firm, juicy, again rather bright fruit, lively acidity and some carbonic acid, grip on the palate, white and black berry nuances, clear minerality in the background, again reminiscent of celery, some smoke and fresh butter, still barely developed, very good, firm finish with clear blackcurrant tones.
