Cool, firm, still clearly reductive, somewhat planty to herbaceous, almondy and a hint of bacon flavour with citrus and stone fruit notes and a hint of dried mushrooms. Polished, firm, juicy, sweet fruit with a hint of black berries and mint, lively, yet fine acidity, has some grip, persistent on the palate, salty minerality, some depth, hints of red berries and mussel shells, still completely undeveloped, very good, juicy, only slightly muted finish. Needs to mature a little.
