Deep and complex, smoky-reductive, yeasty, herbal and a little floral aroma of ripe citrus fruits, also a little white fruits and stone fruits, wasabi, ginger, blackcurrants, redcurrant leaves and a hint of smoke and shiitake mushrooms with clear minerality. Tight, juicy and tightly knit, not completely dry fruit with lively, ripe acidity and a lot of grip, herbal and a little dark fruity aromas, yeasty hints, persistent on the palate, good depth, clear minerality, a little Parmesan, still completely undeveloped, very good, tight, complex finish with bite, grip, but also a certain creaminess.
