Smoky, deep and complex aroma of ripe citrus fruits, citrus zest and stone fruit with a little blackcurrant, smoky bacon notes, a hint of juniper, dark floral nuances, parmesan, mushrooms and distinct minerality. Tight, very juicy fruit with lively acidity and fine grip, yeasty and slightly smoky flavours, blackcurrants again, also blackcurrant leaves, persistent and complex, deep, still undeveloped, distinct minerality, capers in the background, very good to long, somewhat sweetish-juicy finish with draught.
