Firm and deep, multilayered, still reductive, yeasty bouquet with stone fruit aromas, very fine vegetal and herbal tones, a hint of dark berries and minerality. Dense and juicy in the mouth, ripe light and dark fruit with present, very fine acidity and grip, yeasty notes, a little herbaceous and floral, compact structure, deep, multilayered and very mineral, very slightly sweet melting, peppery nuances and some chilli in the background, still extremely young, a hint smoky, clearly shows origin, long, concentrated, gripping finish with juice, minerality, lots of grip and pull. Closes up on the second day and only shows its potential again to some extent on the third; must mature.
