Cool, deep and noble yellow fruity nose with delicate floral aromas, still delicately smoky reduction tones as well as floral, herbal and black berry nuances. Rather juicy, firm, slightly sweetish fruit, lively acidity and delicate carbonic acid, floral and dark berry aromas, persistent on the palate, a little ethereal-herbal, smoky traces, hinted ash in the background, a lot of bite and some grip, appley tones, very good, juicy, polished finish with rather light mineral tones and draught
