Cool, light apple-peach nose with citrus and gooseberry nuances and a hint of yeast. Ripe, fairly juicy, bright, rather sweet fruit, very fine acidity, yeasty nuances again, good persistence, delicate melting, nutty hints, a hint of butter, good to very good, sweetish, slightly spicy finish.
