Brut Pinot Sekt, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Dried vegetal and earthy notes on the nose, yeasty and nutty notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas. Warm, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and nu8tty notes, hint of caramel, fairly moderate mousse, light tannic grip, has some substance and persistence, buttery traces, some sugar candy in the background, touch of spicy cardamom, hint of tobacco, nutty, spicy oak on a good, warm, fairly sweet finish.
