Herbal, floral and a hint of resinous, also yeasty pome fruit nose with spicy, almost a little ethereal notes. Quite dry, bright, nutty fruit, yeasty and herbal to planty aromas, fine mousseux and plenty of grip of crumbly tannin, a hint of smokiness in the background, hints of green pepper, floral tones, persistent on the palate, has some power but also cooling elements, somewhat coriander-like aromatic, very good, firm finish
