Cool, slightly smoky, somewhat vegetal and nutty pomaceous fruit nose with fine vegetal aromas, citrus notes, almost a little vanilla barrel notes as well as a hint of yeast and meadow herbs. Polished, tightly knit, bright fruit with slightly smoky and nutty wood notes, fine acidity, has some grip and persistence, light flowers and yeast in the background, delicate melting, hints of buttered toast and artichokes, salty tones, very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
