Tart, somewhat yeasty, nutty and finely vegetal aroma with restrained yellow fruity notes and a hint of tobacco. Straightforward, restrained, completely dry fruit, nutty and dried-vegetable tones, a hint of mushrooms, very fine acidity and delicate grip, some persistence, calm style, some melting, mineral traces, good to very good finish.
