Somewhat vegetal and fennel-like aroma with yellow fruity aromas, a hint of nuts, floral hints, some yeast and hints of smoke. Tart fruit, grippy, somewhat melting, but also with bite, nutty aromas, slightly vegetal and a hint of buttery, moderate barrel tones in the background, good substance and persistence, certain power, red berry nuances, good to very good, quite juicy, somewhat vegetal and again clearly nutty finish with salty minerality and still minimally drying tannin.
