2021 Blauer Silvaner Landwein trocken, Main, Germany

Onion skin colours. Almondy-nutty scent of mushrooms and a little stone fruit with a hint of pepper, some root vegetables, red berry traces and earthy hints. Tart fruit with nutty, smoky and vegetal notes, noticeable grip of crumbly-sandy tannin, persistent on the palate, some melting, a little yellow spice, a hint of mushrooms, good to very good, very slightly drying finish.
