Slightly cloudy, light golden yellow. Cool, clearly yeasty and herbal citrus pome fruit scent with floral nuances. Fine, tart fruit, yeasty, herbal and again also delicate floral tones, fine acidity, noticeable grip of crumbly tannin, good persistence, chalky tones in the background, has life, nutty traces, very good, tart and spicy finish, again with grip.
