Somewhat muted, planty nose with fennel notes, citrus aromas and restrained floral and waxy tones. Very dry in the mouth, restrained fruit, vegetal and again fennel reminiscent notes, also nutty tones, on the first day quite repellent and subdued, but then much juicier with plenty of air, the tannin gets a grip, mineral tones come up, good to very good finish with bite
