2017 Silvaner trocken "Indigenius", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Very slightly hazy yellow-gold. Prominent notes of bacon, nutty and yeasty notes, vegetal aromas, some yellow spice, partly dried yellow fruit, hint of mushrooms, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, slightly warm, partlydried fruit on the palate, yeasty and very light buttery notes, touch of yellow spice, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide grip, good substance and persistence, hint of mushrooms and tobacco, good depth, smoky traces in the background, hint of bacon and peppery traces, very good, firm, gripping, juicy,spicy finish.
