2017 Silvaner trocken Indigenius, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Nutty nose, some yellow spice and a hint of tobacco, yellow fruit, dried flowers, vegetal notes, noticeable phenols, prominent earthy and mineral notes. Firm, elegant, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, nutty and spicy notes, tobacco, earthy and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, prominent but integrated tannins, persistent, some depth, peppery and salty traces, some grip, elegant vegetal notes and a hint of bacon on a very good, tart, fruity finish.
