Light copper colour. Firm, cool, deep, complex, fairly fresh nose, ornage zests and mandarines, pink grapefruit, elegant pomacoeus fruit, nutty and yeasty aromas, some yellow spice, tobacco, floral traces, prominent mineral notes. Tart, cool, firm, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and light spicy notes, tobacco and a touch of white pepper, light floral notes, lively, polished acidity, fairly prominent, very fine and stimulating tannins, persistent and gripping, light mineral notes in the backg5round, hint of bacon, good depth, still young more yeasty and mineral notes, very elegant, grippy tannins on a very good, long, tart, juicy finish. Delightful, not just as a wine on its own, but also as a sophisticated, tremendously versatile partner with food.
