Very slightly hazy yellow gold colour. Firm yeasty nose, light vegetal notes, some mushrooms, light yellow spice, pomaceous fruit, fairly prominent floral notes, hint of rubber, earthy and mineral notes. Firm, juicy, ripe, bone dry, gripping fruit on the palate, nutty notes, light smoky notes and some vanilla, very elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide firm grip, good substance and persistence, spicy traces, hint of bacon, some depth, earthy and salty mineral notes, very good firm finish.
