Very slightly hazy light yellow gold. Fairly deep nose, some smoked bacon, prominent vegetal and earthy notes, yellow fruit, yellow spice and dried floral aromas. Firm, cool, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant, lively acidity, very fine tannins provide firm grip, fairly persistent, peppery and salty notes, light dried floral traces, good depth, hint of bacon in the background, some more yellow spice, quite complex, still young, very good long, tart, juicy, grippy finish.
