2015 Blauer Zweigelt trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Delicately tart nose, red and a few black berries, some cherries, nutty notes, some old oak and vegetal traces. Light-bodied, clear, cool fruit on the palate, quite polished, very fine tannins, delicate acid bite, light smoky, yeasty and nutty notes, earthy traces, fairly persistent, elegant, refreshing style, cool again on a slightly nutty, elegant, fruity, good to very good finish.
