Earthy nose, light vegetal and nutty notes, ripe pomaceous fruit, sage and mossy notes, floral and mineral notes. Fairly firm, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, some yellow spice and earthy notes, hinjt of sugar candy, integrated acidity, hint of bacon and dried herbs, integrated tannins, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, mineral notes in the background, smoky traces, quite persistent, more noticeable alcohol and noticeably sweet on a good to very good finish.
