Vegetal, spicy, light malted and earthy notes on the nose, hint of tobacco, partly preserved mixed berries, herbaceous aromas, dried bell peppers and tomatoes, red cabbage, beet root, sloves and a hint of mushrooms. Ripe, firm, concentrated, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, earthy, chalky, nutty and vegetal notes, integrated tannins, persistent, some grip, hint of root vegetables in the background, some pepper and more dried tomatoes, medium body, hint of tobacco, light earthy, salty and spicy notes, some grip, prominent slightly sharp spicy notes, very good tart, juicy finish. Unusual, but very good, needs time and/or aeration.
