Translate to English Strohfarben. Zurückhaltender, etwas hell-nussiger und leicht erdiger Duft nach mürben Äpfeln und etwas Stroh mit hefigen Spuren und einem Hauch Steinobst sowie getrocknet-floralen Nuancen. Ganz trockene, ruhige Frucht mit nussigen und zart holzigen Aromen, ruhige Säure und mürber Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, schmelzig am Gaumen, leicht vegetabil und erdig, angedeutet buttrig im Hintergrund, Spuren hellen Tabaks, etwas Orangenschale, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
