Firm, cool, floral, still slightly smoky nose with light peach and citrus aromas, fine herbal-vegetable flavours, hints of green pepper and a certain minerality. Finely juicy, again bright, quite firm, somewhat sweetish fruit, lively, fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, tart herbal spice in the background, quite clearly salty, still undeveloped, smoky traces, very good, again firm finish with grip, minerality, herbs and bright, sweetish juice. Firms up considerably with air.
