Firm and deep, slightly smoky, somewhat nutty and delicately floral aroma of preserved yellow fruits with fine vegetal aromas and a hint of wild herbs and Earl Grey. Firm, concentrated and very juicy, noble sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of peach and honey, fine acidity, has some grip, dense and persistent, salty and chalky minerality, a hint of red berries, good depth, rosemary and thyme in the background, long, beguiling finish with concentrated juice and cool vegetal flavours.
