Firm and deep, somewhat vegetal to ethereal-herbal and slightly smoky nose of candied citrus fruit with a hint of peach zest and hints of almond blossom as well as clear minerality. Firm, very concentrated, noble fruit with a hint of honey, fine acidity, light tannic grip, dense, deep and persistent on the palate, extremely firm structure, intense minerality, light and also a little yellow blossom in the background, multi-layered and long, with enormously concentrated juice, minerality, bite and pressure.
