2021 Riesling VDP.Gutswein trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Cool, quite polished nose of citrus fruits, peach and also some apple with delicate green-vegetal and floral nuances. Slender, bright, sweetish fruit, a hint of yeast and again delicate planty notes, fine acidity, very light grip, some persistence, mineral nuances, good finish.
