Firm and deep, multi-layered, somewhat nutty, mushroomy and vegetal to dried herbal scent of partly candied, partly pickled yellow fruits with a hint of rhubarb, sage, tobacco and honey. Dense, fine-juicy, very sweet fruit with a hint of blackberries and sage, lively, yet very fine acidity, has some grip, dense and persistent, good depth, light minerality, hints of smoke, citrus zest and honey, long, fine-juicy, concentrated finish with persistence.
