Quite firm and deep, somewhat planty to herbal, almondy and hinted smoky scent of partly candied yellow fruits with apple and slightly red berry notes as well as nuances reminiscent of fine root vegetables. Clear, fine-juicy, sweet, almost concentrated fruit with a hint of honey and dried mushrooms, fine, lively acidity, has grip, dense and persistent, good depth, medicinal herbs and citrus zest in the background, lots of light minerality, hints of yeast and green nuts, long, concentrated finish with traction.
