Firm and deep, very slightly smoky, somewhat nutty, mushroomy and herbal to dried aroma of candied citrus fruits with a little stone fruit and nuances reminiscent of horseradish. Polished, concentrated, very sweet fruit with a hint of cassis, lively acidity, hints of honey and medicinal herbs, light grip, good substance and persistence, certain depth, distinct minerality, a little reminiscent of mussel shells, long, animating and dense finish with bite.
