Cool, firm, very slightly smoky, somewhat planty to ethereal-herbal, nutty and hints of mushroomy scent of partly candied yellow fruits with slightly black berry notes and nuances reminiscent of fine root vegetables. Bright, concentrated, very sweet fruit with some honey and caramel, fine, lively acidity, hints of red berries and lemon verbena, has some grip, dense and persistent, good depth, salty minerality, long, again concentrated finish with cool juice and draught.
