2021 Kiedrich Gräfenberg Riesling Auslese Goldkapsel, Versteigerungswein, Rheingau, Germany

Firm and deep, fine, somewhat vegetal to herbal, almondy and hints of bacon aroma of partly preserved stone fruit with slightly waxy and delicate floral hints. Firm, concentrated, fine-juicy and polished, sweet fruit with slightly blackberry and minty notes, lively, yet fine acidity, has grip, dense and persistent, good depth, hints of red clover and caramel, lots of salt, elegant style, has noblesse, long, concentrated, slightly tobacco finish with bite.
