Concentrated, slightly dried vegetable and a hint of bacon-like scent of partly dried yellow fruits with floral and ethereal aromas and a hint of yellow spice. Firm, quite concentrated, juicy, sweet fruit with very present acidity and tart, fresh vegetable to ethereal-herbal aromas, dense, deep and lasting, some grip, clear minerality, compact structure, candy tones, quite complex, very good to long, firm, juicy and again ethereal-vegetable finish with plenty of acidity
