Firm, deep and cool, finely vegetal, a hint of bacon and intense mineral fragrance with very reserved yellow-fruity aromas. Compact, finely juicy and calm in the mouth, very concentrated fruit with fine acidity and much grasp of crumbly, ripe tannins, very slightly floral and dark berry on the palate herbaceous notes, somewhat sweetish melting, warm and cool elements, again quite intense minerality, lasting, deep and complex, still completely undeveloped, very good, firm, again almost compact finish
