Straffe, unentwickelte, geschliffene Frucht, nicht ganz trocken, lebhafte Säure, hefige und etwas kräuterige Noten, ins Salzige gehende Mineralik, merklicher, reifer Gerbstoff, viel Biss und Griff, nachhaltig, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
