2011 Kiedrich Gräfenberg Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese, Rheingau, Germany

Extremely concentrated aromas of dried and thickened apricot and pomaceous fruit with notes of candied and dried citrus, enormous mineral notes, wilted floral notes and a lot of nutty botrytis. Also extremely concentrated in the mouth, firm, juicy, very sweet fruit with lots of candy, caramel and spicy botrytis, fairly prominent acidity, dense, deep and persistent on the palate, tart herbaceous notes and earthy mineral notes, lots of grip and bite, some tannins, wild honey, in the background Iodine, still completely undeveloped, very long. Actually untouchable at the moment; made for future generations.
