Clear, polished, fairly cool fruit on the palate, very elegant, lively acidity,delicate vegetal notes, persistent, mineral no0tes in the background, elegant style, very refreshing, touch of sugar candy, lively, hint of yellow spice, very good elegant, juicy, sweet finish.
